Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Evangeline purchase then you may return the item within 14 days from the purchase date for a full refund.  Please note that all SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

In order to initiate the return process, please email info@evangelinelinens.com

and include the following information:

Item Being Returned:

Reason For Return:

Once this information is received and reviewed, you will be sent an email with the return shipping address and shipping instructions. Return shipping cost are at the customer’s expense (unless otherwise expressed by the Evangeline’s staff).

Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in its original, unused condition, then you will be issue a refund to your credit card. You will also receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised that it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

All of our Evangeline pieces are made with great care and with the finest materials available. To ensure a long and happy life for your Evangeline piece(s) we recommend that you follow these simple care instructions:

Alpaca/Cashmere/Merino Wool/Mohair Throws:
Dry Clean Only

100% Cotton Blankets:
Machine wash and tumble dry on delicate setting - medium heat. *Please note that these have been pre-washed and pre-shrunk.
